Refund Policy
- Refunds can be made if the program cancellation is done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- No funds will be refunded if a client fails to attend without prior notice.
- To apply for a refund, clients must contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +6281912057375, including the information (Full name, appointment date, reason for the refund request). Refund requests will be processed within 7-14 working days after being received.
- Clients may request a refund by providing supporting documents in cases of emergencies or valid medical reasons. Requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.
- Clients who want to reschedule their session can do so at no additional cost if the request is submitted at least 2*24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
