Regulation & Care Plan Policy
- Be mindful of the care expiration period: Every care plan will expire accordingly.
- Do not purchase a package that cannot be finished within a given period.
- The duration of the package cannot be extended due to other clients’ schedules.
- If you have the plan to travel or take exams in the near future, please select an individual care plan or start the care when you return.
- For a better record and communication, we only communicate via chat WA; we do not take phone calls.
- One day before the care, we will contact you for confirmation via WA. Please respond. If not, we will cancel and automatically deduct one session.
- If you cannot do the care on the scheduled day, arrange another time ASAP on the make-up day or other days available within the expiration.
- We strictly adhere to the expiration date for the convenience of you and other clients to secure the slot.
- Try not to change the appointment time in the middle of the care plan. We cannot guarantee the same time again, but available times and days will be suggested.
- A cancellation or no show-up on other appointments is subject to automatic session deduction.
